Russ Lloyd is the Founder and President of Innovative Resource Management. For 23+ years, he has led with passion a team of dedicated professionals serving the chemical industry. Russ knew from the start that his desire was to provide an array of services that would yield conservation of our earth’s precious resources, which has surely been accomplished. By providing a sustainable workplace and supporting many mission projects, Russ is changing the lives that surround him and thereby furthering the Kingdom of God.

Rusty Lloyd has provided well over 15 years of dedicated service to IRM and currently serves as Vice President & General Counsel. Rusty strives to instill the importance of building strategic partnerships both domestically and internationally. Some of those partnerships have turned into true friendships and through those relationships, Rusty has been able to help various industries fully develop a beneficial reuse platform for their residual products. He hopes his efforts to build a relationship based approach will help to transform the way business is transacted on a personal and global level in the marketplace. Prior to his time with IRM, Rusty spent a brief stint in the legal field working for the Judicial Department. Rusty graduated from The University of South Carolina with a BS centered on Management and Marketing along with a minor in Political Science. Rusty then obtained his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, degree from the Charleston School of Law and is currently a licensed attorney in the State of South Carolina. His wife, Manning, is a local dentist and his two sons, Mills (10) and McCants (7), have played an integral role in his success to date. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, traveling and attending Gamecock sporting events. - Always Growing in All Ways!!

Jesse has been an integral part of Innovative Resource Management for 13 years, bringing a passion for helping those around him succeed. He began his journey at IRM in Product Acquisition. He then advanced to Director of Sales driving substantial growth and revenue. Today, Jesse serves as the Vice President of Business Development where he excels in creating and identifying innovative solutions for process residuals, aiding companies in optimizing the disposition of these materials.

A Native Michigander, Jesse is an avid supporter of Michigan State Spartan Athletics. His professional journey is enriched by his prior work with a church in Summerville, SC where he mentored youth and led the music programs.

Jesse’s loves music, movies and travel. As a dedicated family man, he values quality time with his wife and five children, finding joy and balance in both his professional and personal life.

Troy Charpia brings over 30 years of sales experience across diverse industries to his role as Corporate Relations Officer at Innovative. Over the past 14 years, as Director of Product Placement at Innovative, Troy has been instrumental in driving the company's success by establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.

In his previous role, Troy led the development of strategic partnerships that significantly increased market presence and enhanced customer satisfaction. His deep understanding of customer engagement has positioned Innovative as a leader in the industry.

As Corporate Relations Officer, Troy is committed to leveraging his extensive experience to further strengthen Innovative's relationships and foster a culture that emphasizes the company's core values. He believes that a strong office culture will drive the company to provide an even higher level of service.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys college sports, high school sports, and local community recreation sports, which motivate and inspire him to continuously improve.

Troy is excited about the challenges and opportunities that come with being the CRO of Innovative and is dedicated to contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the company.

Jamie R. Bartolome III is Innovative Resource Management’s (IRM) Chief Financial Officer. Jamie is responsible for leading IRM’s overall global financial activities, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, enterprise resource planning system management, risk excellence, corporate governance, cash management, and global operational excellence.
Prior to joining IRM, Jamie spent over twenty-three years with a Standard and Poor’s 500 global financial services leader. Jamie has held management positions across different business divisions as a fiduciary and steward of institutional client investment programs.
Jamie holds an MBA from Charleston Southern University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northeastern University. He is a fellow Rotarian in the Summerville, SC Rotary Club.

Karen is the wife of the Founder and CEO and has been instrumental in supporting all initiatives for the sustainability and profitability since day one. Karen has amassed 33 years of service in various facets of the environmental industry to include safety instruction, laboratory equipment sales manager, senior administrative officer, as well as, her current position of Director of Accounts Receivable. Over the years Karen has dedicated herself to community activism, faith mission projects and childhood education. She is an avid sports fanatic. Go Gamecocks!!!

Sean Flanagan is a seasoned professional in the field of technical business development. As the head of the Technical team, he combines his expertise in technology with strategic acumen to drive growth and innovation. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Chemistry from the College of Charleston, which has equipped him with a solid foundation for understanding complex systems.

With a decade of experience at IRM, Sean has worn various hats, gaining insights into diverse aspects of the business. His journey has been marked by successful collaborations, market navigation, and the forging of valuable partnerships. Sean’s ability to identify emerging trends and leverage technology-driven solutions sets him apart in the industry.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys quality time with his family. His wife, Lindsay, and their two boys, Archers and Ezra, keep him grounded and inspired. Whether exploring new restaurants, watching movies, or playing with his sons, Sean embraces life’s moments with enthusiasm.

Wendy works in the accounting department for IRM and manages our office. She comes to The IRM team with a smile in her work. She has been a devoted worker throughout her many  years in all facets of accounting and office settings. During the past 25 years she also ran her own catering company. Her family is big. With 5 siblings and her being the oldest girl, she quickly learned the gift of diplomacy and multitasking. Communication being the key to success, she makes every effort to work closely with Sales, Finance, and Transportation departments. She is dedicated to our Owner, VP and Legal Counsel and CFO to ensure all things stay on task and run efficiently.

Madison Bramlett is a Director of Product Stewardship at Innovative Resource Management. Madison takes pride in making sure that all of our customer’s needs are met by finding creative avenues to help them move products. His knowledge of each deal assists the salesmen in exceeding their customer's expectations. He is passionate about this business and it shows in his work. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, and comes to IRM bringing a background of operations management in the agricultural chemical business. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and playing golf.

Mike Norton is a Product Stewardship Manager who works with Innovative’s Product Placement Department providing solutions and selling difficult to place products. He gets great satisfaction in solving problems and believes that old Zig Ziglar adage that “you can get everything in life you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want.” For his twelve years with Innovative, he has been helping manufacturing companies find reuse options for residuals, secondary streams, and surplus chemicals. He has 25 years of industry experience with a strong background in engineering, starting in the military as a nuclear operator and in the shipyards. He is a dedicated family man and is actively involved in serving his church and community.

Gillis McAllister joined the IRM team after his retirement from MeadWestvaco’s Specialty Chemicals Division in North Charleston.  His 41 year career included research & product development, domestic and international sales & marketing, and raw materials procurement.  He was also in charge of finding value-added disposition for MWV co-products and bio-fractions and enjoys leveraging his experience to help others improve both economics and the environment through beneficial reuse.  He is active in community and church work, and he and his wife, Martha, enjoy travel and spending time with family. Gillis recently finished his tenure as the president of his local Rotary chapter.  He is also a staple in the Meals and Wheels of Summerville.

Sr. - Born: August 5, 1962 - Married/Children. As Product Acquisition Manager for IRM, Kenny Shider has 25 years’ experience in the environmental services, waste disposal and remediation. Kenny’s focus is accelerating new product commercialization through strategic collaboration within businesses and customers. After joining Innovative Resource Management in August 2008 as Salesman Representative, Kenny has embraced the opportunities to explore into a market of a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries and in applied analytical, pharmaceutical, life science and bioanalytical research and uses. His expertise in consumer research requires a unique blend of expertise in offering statistics, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities that contributes a major impact, provide valuable, measurable results to the company’s bottom line. I believe that my experience in marketing, product/project management and skill set will be an excellent match for your company.

Paul Lyday has been with Innovative Resource Management for over 7 years as a Product Acquisition Manager. Paul graduated from Presbyterian College with a BS in Business Administration. Paul comes to IRM bringing a background of operations management and business to business sales within the rental car and human resources industries. He was born in Charleston, SC and returned back to the area in 2012 with his wife and daughter living in Summerville, SC. Paul loves to hunt, fish, and enjoy the beach with his wife and daughter. His daughter is very active, and Paul enjoys watching her soccer games, basketball games, and archery tournaments. Fun Fact: Paul is a Guinness World Record holder!

Stephen Corbett is a dedicated sales professional with over 12 years of experience in the industry. For the past 7 years, he has been a valuable member of the IRM team, where his expertise and commitment have significantly contributed to the company’s success.

Outside of work, Stephen is a family man, happily married with three beautiful daughters. The Corbett family enjoys spending quality time together, whether it’s taking vacations to the beach or going on golf cart rides with their beloved dog, Boomer.

Stephen’s passion for sales, combined with his strong family values, makes him a well-rounded and approachable professional, always ready to go the extra mile for his clients.

Jason Miller is a Product Acquisition Manager. He graduated from Charleston Southern University with a BS in Criminal Justice and Political Science, where he was also a three-time All-Conference selection as an infielder on the baseball team. Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, he brings a great attitude and a willingness to work hard every day. Jason also enjoys working out, college football, and spending time with his family.

William Lloyd is a Product Acquisition Manager. He recently finished college at the University of South Carolina but is no stranger to this business. He has been a part of the company all his life and it shows! Will is forging business relationships in efforts to sustain both his partners and the environment. He thrives on the challenge to make his family proud and works hard to provide the excellent customer service his customers deserve. Will is a former collegiate baseball player and really excels in the team environment. He is utilizing his teamwork skills to be a vital member of the family here at Innovative Resource Management.

Gina brings over 30 years of experience working in the shipping industry and works for Innovative Logistics, LLC. She works closely with sales and other members of the Logistics team to bring the highest quality service. She is DOT, IATA, and IMDG Hazardous certified. Gina brings her high energy to the team and enjoys working in a challenging environment. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren, and her beloved pet pig, Jimmy Dean.

Brantley Sprinkle is one of the more dynamic and expressive members of the Innovative Logistics team. He is DOT Hazardous and IATA certified. Along with his sharp wit and great personality, he brings to the table 15 years’ experience and a successful track record of accomplishments in Sales, Customer Service and Logistics. He is approachable, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile for his fellow co-workers and customers alike.

As a challenger of conventional wisdom, Brantley is always thinking outside the box and identifying new ways of eliminating inefficiencies and improving operational processes.

When he’s not in the office, you will most likely find him on the golf course, the volleyball court, the kickball field, the couch, the kitchen, gardening in the back yard, or out on the boat with his girlfriend (Tracey) and their 2 dogs (Boone and Birdie).
