IRM IS HELPING COMPANIES WITH THEIR BOTTOM LINE

In 2007, IRM was contacted by a large refinery in the Gulf that had 40,000 barrels of material in a tank that had stratified. They asked us to dispose of the material. The disposal cost was in excess of 7 figures. While working on this project we discovered that this material still had value. We contacted the refinery and asked them if we could purchase the material from them instead of charging them to dispose of the material. They readily told us they would be happy to sell us the material.


Ultimately, we turned this cost for the refinery into value that they had not foreseen. Now in 2021, our whole focus is working with companies, globally to purchase coproducts, byproducts, side streams, ...
